Muhammadu Buhari, presidential candidate of the All Progress Congress, APC will not be visiting the United States for medical reasons but to speak at the Washington-based Center for Strategic and International Studies [CSIS]; PREMIUM TIMES reports.

The media house claims it has obtained a letter signed by Jennifer Cooke, Director, African Programme of CSIS, inviting Buhari to the organisation’s headquarters in Washington DC ''to give a major public address on Nigeria’s future as it stands on the edge of a pivotal national elections''.
